We are a family run business, We run our business from home and with 4 kids, Sarah is in the office with Travis out on the road doing the inspections.

Travis started his 4 year apprenticeship in 1994 and he has been in the building industry for over 22 years. Sarah & Travis are still in the industry with East Coast Carpentry working alongside clients such as Professionals, Raine & Horne, First National, Just Rentals, Roads & Maritime Services.

This building and maintenance experience has led them down the path of providing qualified pest & building inspections. We can identify the traps that many buyers have fallen into not by not using a licenced carpenter or builder to inspect a first home or investment property and that can literally save you thousands of dollars.
